Association Goals and Membership Benefits Our primary goals are professional recognition and continuing education in the legal field. Our association offers contact and direct association with peers who share the same interest and goals; opportunity to assist in adopting standards for this profession; and general and specialized legal education programs designed specifically for paralegals/legal assistants. Membership in this association shall be open to paralegals/legal assistants, and students in paralegal/legal assistant programs, attorneys and paralegal educators.
We offer the following to our membership: Monthly dinner meetings held the second Tuesday of the month Annual seminar with keynote speakers on various aspects of the legal field Job Bank for members and area employers TPA Advisory, a quarterly newsletter along with calendar of upcoming meetings, seminar and special events.
